There's Power Rangers on the subway I tell you. I heard one of their communicators go off, but the train was crowded and I couldn't pinpoint the source. Then a few seconds later I reached my stop and had to get off. I'll catch them next time!

Tigers Fall, Lions Rise intrigued me and pulled me back into Power Rangers.

The Spirit of Kindness disappointed me and pulled me back into writing Power Rangers fanfiction.

This is why, though I spend much time waltzing through other fandoms, I always end up back at Power Rangers. It gives just enough to make me want more and then never gives me more. This always leaves me with an unfortunate amount of plot bunnies that I will most likely never finish.

( Beware Plot Bunnies Ahead!! )

So far the one most likely to be done is Talk to Me since I've already written over 2000 words of it. Next likely being Fallen Tigers because I really want to write that one. The others are merely vague ideas at the moment.

They locked out the games on the computers at work. :P Just when I was getting close to beating my supervisor's high score at pinball.

Now, I'll have to actually concentrate on more important stuff at work like writing fanfics! :)

PS: If anyone is currently waiting for me to write more PR fics, I'm afraid all my PR muses have temporarily gone on vacation. They were replaced by Robin Hood muses, but before they could finish anything the Robin Hood muses were replaced by Narnian muses. So standby for 'Prince Caspian' fic. Unless, of course, my muses get replaced once again.

pr_heroes, I'm finally going to fix the bad formatting on 'Culture Shock'. It's only taken me 7 years.

This is surprising. I never get nominated for these things. Thanks so much to whoever it was. Coincidentally, it's the first time I've ever actually done any nominating. Karma?

So, I had a power rangers dream last night... er... day (sorry I'm still on night shift and everything is upside down) and while I was dreaming I thought 'This would make a great fanfic. Why didn't I think of this?' Well since I'm pretty sure I own the copyright to all my dreams I'm going to add this to the list of fanfics I really must write.

Forgiveness isn't always easy. What if instead of forgiveness Tommy chose revenge? In the wake of the Countdown to Destruction, Tommy Oliver gathers up the original Turbo Rangers and sets his sights on the former Princess of Evil with the intention of not letting any person, or ranger, stand in his way. But he's not the only one after Karone. Something lurks in the depth of the now dormant Dark Fortress happily plotting its revenge and planning to use Karone's brother to accomplish it.

These are some of my odder ideas that will most likely never be written so I thought I'd share them.

Quicksilver(?)
Tyzonn in mercury form merges with Mack's android body and they become a Mack/Tyzonn hybrid!!! (That'd be interesting to write if I had any idea how a Mack/Tyzonn hybrid would act or why they'd get merged in the first place.)

The Elementals
A team-up between the Silver, Gold, Mercury and Titanium rangers. Extreme clashing of egos as four eccentric loners try to work together. Possible bonus appearance by the Phantom Ranger. (I'd have to go and watch Lightspeed Rescue if I wanted to write this)

The Adventures of Rocky and Zhane
Rocky and Zhane bet each other that they can find out the identities of the current ranger team. It becomes a yearly tradition from PRLR to PROO as they go from town to town causing havoc and pissing rangers off as they discover their identities. (I'm really tempted to write this one as I have a great idea for what happens when they get to PROO)

So the latest plot bunny munching on my arm is another giant epic multi-ranger fic which I have absolutely no time to write if I ever want to finish my first one. But I'm almost tempted to just write the first chapter and post it to tease people and then say I'm not going to write anymore of it.

The other plot bunnies hopping around in my head recently have to do with expanding on the PROO episodes Once a Ranger and Things Not Said because they just beg to have more written about them.

So this was supposed to be the weekend where I was very productive and wrote lots of fic, but I was sick so instead it became a Power Ranger watching marathon. I have finally watched all of Mystic Force (except for Heir Apparent. Of all the episodes, that just had to be the one not on YouTube at the moment) and I definitely loved it. Wonderful story lines, though I would have liked to get to know the main ranger characters better. (Okay, I always want to get to know the characters better). And I watched all of Operation Overdrive up to the most recent episode. Though I've become fond of the characters after watching twenty episodes of them, (And I love Tyzonn. He's a mysterious alien with an angsty past. Of course, I love him) But the series seems a bit bland compared with the last ones. Not bad, just nothing very special about it.

Anyway, next time I'm sick, maybe I'll finally watch Ninja Storm!

PS: Last chapter of What Would You Do will most likely be up tomorrow.

I said I'd keep writing as long as no unforeseen disasters occurred and well, getting used to a new job and and then getting used to doing this new job during the night came pretty close to a disaster. But I am now more settled and have been watching Power Rangers on YouTube to get into the mood of writing again. (I spent several hours Sunday night watching Power Morphicon videos and eating oreos).

Anyway I thought I'd share this SPD music video I found which is my absolute favorite so far.

So now I'll go and try to finish up the last chapter of 'What Would You Do', then finish off a short Bridge fic I just wrote, then do OAR chapter 18, then start the big Jack & Z fic, then write the Bridge & Syd friendship fic, then.... Damn plot bunnies!!

That's actually just my SPD fics. I couldn't find a good quote from Once a Ranger which is not a good sign. There are also about 8 other unfinished fics in my unfinished fics folder. I just went over them and kept going "I wrote this? When did I write this?"

Oh, dear. I seem to be getting into SPD. I only saw a few episodes when it first came out and though I liked them, I kind of got into something else and missed the rest of the season. Now fanfiction has drawn me back in. I really love the characters. Jack and Bridge being my favorites. All the rangers seem a lot more unique and well rounded than any of the other recent teams. And I like the whole idea of their powers too. Must be the X-men fan in me.

But I keep telling myself no, no, you're suppose to concentrate on your fic and it doesn't involve SPD. Luckily , there hasn't been any real plot bunnies biting yet, but then again I've only seen about half the episodes. I do have this vague idea about Jack and his powers. Something along the line of the stuff that happened to Jessie, my favorite character in Mutant X. He had phasing power too. There was always the threat of him dissolving completely. hmmm....

*starts beating off rabid plot bunnies with a large stick*

Back! Back,I say! Leave me alone. I don't have time to write another fic. I'm behind as it is.

Boy, fanfiction sure can be dangerous.
