I'm guessing that Bobby is trying to wear Cas out, so he's too tired to think too much about what he's lost, and also he's giving him a lot of physical stuff to do to increase his muscle strength, since he doesn't have angelic grace to rely on anymore.
They're going to have to come up with a background and identity for Cas. Jodi probably went back to the office and ran his name.
Very vivid and clear descriptions of the encounter between Jodi, Cas, and Bobby, and Cas may have obfuscated on who he was, but he was endearingly honest about who's taking care of who around the Singer Salvage Yard. And he can still see into souls. That's cool.
