PTSD, oh yeah. And I wonder how much Cas listening to the voices of the angels, but not really being able to hear them, is contributing to his downward spiral. It's constant reminder of what he's lost. And he is lost right now.
If Cas didn't have Dean to talk to, he'd be more lost. He's heading towards some psychotic behavior, I think.
Bobby and Lisa are doing their best. I'm not sure it's going to be enough, though.
