Normal. These guys will NEVER lead a normal life. It may sounds pretty, shiny or whatever, but it's not in either of them to live out like a regular Joe. Dean is meant to be out there, hunting down the crazy stuff no one believes in and Castiel is meant to show people that there is something worthwhile believing in.
